The Spirit of Sweetgrass by Nicole Seitz… A beautifully woven tale of family…

What if our ancestors really did look over us? What if heaven is real and sometimes we’re given a second chance at life? What if we each have a destiny to fulfill and the Creator ain’t calling us home till the mission is complete? Nicole Seitz has weaved a beautiful tale of family, love and forgiveness. As a native of south east Georgia, I’d like to research my lineage. I wonder if Gullah/Geechee blood courses through my veins. I’d certainly be proud to be related to the likes of Essie Mae! Amazing book. Great read. Beautiful flow. Kudos to the Author on a job well done.

Glass Goddess, Concrete Walls by Keith Kareem Williams

Broken hearts and guns don’t mix…
Keith Kareem Williams has delivered a literary work of art full of sex, lies, unreciprocated love and lust in abundance.

Follow the unnamed Casanova as he recalls a few unforgettable lovers, all while being held hostage at gun point in his own home. The trail of broken hearts will have the Reader in quite an emotional state! Do you feel sorry for him? Is he the victim? Or do you hate him for every heart he’s broken?

No matter who’s side you decide to take, his fate lay in the unsteady hands of a woman scorned!

This book is a must read. A page turner that I couldn’t get enough of. I sympathized with the characters. This book took me down a rabbit hole I’d not expected to descend into… Have I been any of those women? I fear truth is, I’ve been a culmination of them all. Amazing book. An autographed copy is a priceless gem in my home library! Get your own!!!

The Fault In Our Stars by John Greene…
Trust me… Any monologue that begins “Trust me,” should automatically heighten one’s alertness. With that said, trust me, there is no review I feel I could leave that would be awesome enough to express how awesome this book is. So instead of anther rambling review, I’d like to express instead, my gratitude. Thanks to the millions upon millions of molecules that make up the Universe that birthed such an Author to write such a book as this in my lifetime. I consider myself blessed to have discovered what should certainly be considered one of ‘The Great American Novel’s. A beautiful beginning. An enigmatic ending. I’ve never felt so alive in this constant state of dying…..
